Trying to eat more low-fat protein?

If you have Christmas money, run don't walk to WS to grab a set of Calphalon Frittata pans (small or large).  The set includes a deeper bottom pan and a top pan. The two pans link together.  You make the Frittata in the deeper pan and flip it easily over onto the top one. Both pans have a "slide" finish that is so slick that fried eggs slide right out.  They are fun to use!

This is the easiest way to eat vegetables and low-fat protein ever.  Add some goat cheese or feta for a gourmet treat.

Vegetables again

Learn to love them!  The more vegetables you eat, the more you will look like your goal face and body.

Veggies provide the fiber, vitamins and minerals that build cells from the inside, for better skin, hair and nails.  Without brining along the extra sugar found in fruit, they also facilitate the working of the endocrine (hormonal) system for overall well-being.

For a fuller feeling and make it more fun, eat your veggies with a bit of brown, red or even white rice.
